The First Bank of Monterey Internet Banking Update September 2nd

The First Bank of Monterey will be upgrading the protection of our Internet Banking system for our customers on Wednesday, September 2nd. Any customer utilizing Internet Explorer 8 or older on Windows XP will no longer have access to Internet Banking. These users will need to update their internet browser to the latest version or download the newest version of Firefox or Chrome web browsers. Any customers using Internet Explorer 9 or 10 will need to follow these instructions: Click Internet Options on your Internet Explorer Tools menu and in the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab. In the Security category towards the bottom, check "Use TLS 1.1" and "Use TLS 1.2" and click OK. Exit and restart Internet Explorer.
